SHIPPING POLICY — Eggdrop Collections
Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after business hours or on weekends will begin processing the next business day.
During high-demand periods (new releases, restocks, or major sales), processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Priority/Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Order Packaging (Trading Cards)
We take care to ensure all items arrive safely:
- Singles under $20: Penny sleeve + top loader or semi-rigid holder
- Singles $20+: Reinforced packaging with additional protection
- Sealed products: Bubble-wrapped and securely boxed
- Bulk orders: Packed tightly to prevent movement during transit
Tracking Information
Tracking is provided for most orders and will be emailed once your order ships.
Some low-cost shipments (such as inexpensive singles) may be sent without tracking to keep costs low.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package is handed off to the carrier, responsibility shifts to them. However, we will assist where possible:
- Delayed packages: Please allow additional time before contacting us
- Lost packages: Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date
- Damaged items: Provide photos within 48 hours of delivery
We will work with you to reach a fair resolution.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
Eggdrop Collections is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.
Preorders & Mixed Orders
Preorder items will ship on or after their official release date.
If your order includes both preorder and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together unless otherwise requested.
Shipping Availability
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
